We are sad when users leave us, but if you have decided to delete your account, first make sure to withdraw all funds from your exchange account. Then, send a request to EXMO Support via email on email@example.com.
Please note: A request to delete an account must be sent from the email address used when registering your account.
The request must include the following information:
- Username (login name displayed in the upper right corner of your personal account on EXMO).
- The email address that your EXMO account is registered with.
- Reason for deleting your account.
Please note: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
