Withdrawing funds

All available withdrawal methods are displayed in the “Wallet” section.

How to withdraw cryptocurrency

Go to the “Wallet” section and then select the “Cryptocurrency” tab. Choose the appropriate asset and tap “Withdraw”.

Enter the amount of crypto you want to withdraw and the address of the wallet to which you want to transfer funds to and then tap “Withdrawal”.

Withdrawal fees and limits are provided when on the withdrawal screen. EXMO does not charge cryptocurrency withdrawal fees; however, you may need to pay network fees.

You can also find the current fees and limits in the “Wallet” section of EXMO web version.

How to withdraw fiat funds

Go to the wallet section. Then, choose a particular fiat currency and tap “Withdraw” located next to it.

Select one of the available payment methods. Then enter the amount of funds you wish to withdraw and tap “Withdraw”. To complete the transaction, follow the link sent to your email and confirm the withdrawal of funds.

Depending on the selected currency, the following withdrawal methods are available via our mobile app:

  • Visa/Mastercard bank cards
  • SWIFT
  • SEPA/SEPA Instant
  • AdvCash

*Since we continuously review our withdrawal methods, the list of available payment options in the app may differ slightly.

Different verification stages are required depending on the withdrawal method you have selected.
