In case of a security event, we will always endeavor to cover any losses; however, total losses may exceed covered assets so your funds may still be at risk.
Our policy does not cover any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your personal account(s) due to a breach or loss of your credentials. It is your responsibility to use a strong password and maintain control of all login credentials you use to access EXMO. We have 2-Step Verification on all accounts, you’ll enter a code sent to your mobile phone, adding an extra layer of security to your account.
Cash balances, such as Euros, held as a balance in your EXMO account(s) are held as cash in segregated accounts at banks based in the EU.
