New wallet addresses for crypto deposits

On 2nd October 2023, we will launch an update which is required by legislation. As a result, wallet addresses for depositing BTC, ETH, ETC, USDT and other cryptocurrencies will change.

To continue topping up your balance with BTC, ETH, ETC, ERC-20 and TRC-20 tokens, as well as USDT (Arbitrum One, ERC-20 and TRC-20), you need to generate new wallet addresses between 2nd and 16th October 2023.

This will affect over 20 cryptocurrencies listed on EXMO.com, including Bitcoin (BTC), Chainlink (LINK), Chiliz (CHZ), Dai (DAI), Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETH), EXMO Coin (EXM), Gemini Dollar (GUSD), GMT Token (GMT), GNY (GNY), IQeon (IQN), Maker (MKR), OmiseGo (OMG), PARSIQ (PRQ), Pepe (PEPE), ROOBEE (ROOBEE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Tether (USDT), Tether EURt (EURT), Tether Gold (XAUT), Tron (TRX), Uniswap (UNI), USD Coin (USDC), Wirex token (WXT), yearn.finance (YFI) and 0x (ZRX).

How to generate a wallet address

  1. Log in to your EXMO.com account and go to the “Wallet” section.
  2. Select the desired currency and click “Deposit”.
  3. Click on the “Create wallet” button. Once the wallet has been generated, use the new address to top up your balance.

Deposits to old addresses will be credited until 16th October 2023. After this period, you will need to use new addresses. Please be aware that any crypto sent to the wrong address will be lost.
