Following a recently introduced financial promotion regime for UK-registered crypto firms, EXMO.com will pause the provision of services to UK customers. Existing customers should expect to receive notifications requesting them to transfer their funds to alternative VASP accounts.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has introduced new regulations for cryptocurrency firms. These regulations require all compliant crypto companies with UK customers to make several adjustments to their platforms to ensure compliance.

For EXMO.com, this means temporarily pausing the ability of our UK customers to use our platform. This step is essential to adhere to these new regulations and ensure we meet the highest standards of compliance and security.

⚠️ If you are a UK trader, we kindly request you to withdraw your funds from your EXMO.com account and transfer them to an alternative crypto exchange or wallet by 6th October 2023.
