UAB EXMO EXCHANGE to service UK based customers

Today, we’re continuing a legal restructuring initiative that will allow EXMO to drive growth and emerge as a more productive and compliant company.

Thus, we would like to inform you that EXMO Exchange Ltd. will stop operating under the FCA temporary registration regime (operating for existing crypto asset businesses from 9 July 2021 to 31 March 2022) from the 6 October 2021. EXMO Exchange Ltd. (UK) will provide technical and support services only to the EXMO platform.

Starting from 24 September 2021, our UK based customers are served by the following EXMO Group company:

UAB EXMO EXCHANGE, a company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under registration number 305891155, having its registered office at Giruliu g. 10-201, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania.

UAB EXMO EXCHANGE operates the Platform and provides Services to Users from the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

How does this change impact our customers?

The change will not affect your trading experience on EXMO in any way. All operations on the exchange, including deposits, orders, and withdrawals, remain unchanged.
