Change of deposit addresses for TON & NOT
On 8th August, we will release an update to optimise our platform and improve its stability and security. Following this update, wallet addresses for depositing TON and NOT will change.
Starting 8th August, we will switch the wallet format for depositing TON and NOT from EQ (a format for smart contracts) to UQ (a format optimised for cryptocurrency wallets). This change will make transactions faster and more reliable.
To continue depositing TON and NOT, you’ll have to generate new wallet addresses for these cryptocurrencies between 8th August 2024 and 8th February 2025.
How to generate a wallet address
- Log in to your EXMO.com account and go to the “Wallet” section.
- Select the desired currency and click “Deposit”.
- Click on the “Create wallet” button. Once the wallet has been generated, use the new address to top up your balance.
Deposits to old addresses will be credited until 8th February 2025. After this period, you will need to use new addresses. Please be aware that any crypto sent to the wrong address will be lost.
